THE TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESS
Conduct Position Assessment
01
Our team works to understand the available positions, visa options for those positions, and the organization’s long and short-term goals.
Establish Candidate Pool
02
We search our database of skilled foreign workers to determine who might fit the business and offered position well.
Conduct Candidate Interviews
03
We interview each candidate to confirm their background, capabilities, and interest in the available position.
Finalize Candidate Vetting
04
All candidates are then vetted to ensure they meet the basic visa requirements for the type of visa the employer is using for the specific role(s) they are looking to fill.
Select Top Candidates
05
Top-performing candidates meet all position requirements and are deemed a good “fit” for the role and the organization.
Host Final Round of Interviews
06
We invite all top candidates to a recruitment event. We share resumés and schedules with our clients, host further interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
Extend Offers
07
Once decisions are made, we extend offers to the selected candidates on behalf of the employer and provide our clients with copies of each accepted offer.
Initiate Visa Applications
08
At this time, we begin visa processing and keep our clients updated throughout the application journey.
Onboard First-Time Visa Workers
09
We prepare our clients to receive first-time visa workers before candidates are approved to arrive in the U.S.
Draft Company Policies
10
It’s common for our team to assist with drafting company policies for maintaining healthy visa programs within our client organizations.
Follow-Up Support
11
We follow up to assess employee satisfaction. We can also answer post-placement questions, including I-9 completion, promotions, visa amendments, travel restrictions, or visa expiration.
